I was asked to repair a leak, you could hear the water hissing under the floor. My client obtained an endoscope but couldn’t see anything.
I pulled the floor up and found the leak, made a repair and left the floor to dry out with the use of a dehumidifier. One week later I go back to re-instate the floor, another very happy client.
